Penza mayor orders to prepare vacant land plots for realization
Penza, 4 April 2017. PenzaNews. The head of the Penza administration Victor Kuvaytsev gave a number of orders concerning the land plots that became vacant after the work aimed at confiscation of illegally occupied territories was conducted and some facilities were demolished.

"Land plots should not remain vacant. It is necessary to conduct a town-planning analysis, to form and to suggest them for the replenishment of budget revenue taking into account their intended use," he gave an order to workers during the city inspection on Tuesday, April 4.
As it was reported by the mayor's office press service, the inspection was conducted in the Volodarskogo, Moskovskaya, Dolgova, Surskaya, Chaadaeva, Druzhby, Neytralnaya, Svobody, Tarkhanova, Zarubina, Izmaylova, Antonova and some other streets.
"In addition, during the inspection we registered illegal use of municipal land plots by unidentified persons," the city administration explained adding that Victor Kuvaytsev gave an order to examine each case.
