Penza, 23 May 2017. PenzaNews. On Tuesday, May 23, workers of the municipal state-funded enterprise "Penza City Advertising Service" dismantled advertising constructions installed without permission documentation in several neighbourhoods of the city.

Thus, illegally installed advertising constructions were removed in Zarya and Arbekovskaya zastava neighbourhoods, in Prospekt Stroiteley street and at the federal highway M5 "Ural".

It is planned to dismantle about 100 advertising constructions altogether, which were installed illegally and spoil architectural look of the city. These include different standers, shields and side-mounted box signs, the press service of the Penza administration reports.
