"Dmitry Vasilyevich [Semenov, deputy chairman of the Penza region government], you, the Minister of Forestry, and the city authorities should inspect the territory from the Akhuny crossing to the highway M5," he said during a visit to the boarding school for young people with physical disabilities "House of Veronika" on Wednesday, June 14.
Ivan Belozertsev noted that there is no such issue in Belarus, which he recently visited on a business trip, the territory along the roads is kept clean.
"We must clean it once and then the only thing we will have to do is to maintain the order," the head of the region stressed.
Ivan Belozertsev added that if needed it is possible to purchase attachments for tractors.
"When a tractor cleans the territory once per two or three weeks, it looks absolutely different. People see and understand that our region and city are kept in order," he said.
