Penza, 8 July 2017. PenzaNews. Over 230 houses near Karakozova street in Penza, where after the leak it was decided to replace a network section, still remain without hot water.

On Saturday, July 8, the place of repair works was visited by the mayor Victor Kuvaytsev, who was dissatisfied with the absence of the PJSC “T Plus” brigades at the site.

“We see that the resource providing company fulfills its obligations and on a daily basis carries out overhaul repairs in Pushkina and Kalinina streets, however it does not eliminate effects of the hydraulic tests on the weekend,” the head of the Penza administration said.

He instructed the department of civil defense and emergency affairs of Penza and the city housing and communal services department to organize works on the site.

Victor Kuvaytsev also ordered to send a letter of complaint to the central office of the resource providing company, the press service of the mayor’s office reports.
