As Alexander Olenin, intern of T-service company situated in this building, told PenzaNews, the incident occurred while he was having lunch with his colleague.

“Then, they tell me ‘go move your car, rocks are falling.’ I ran out shocked,” the agency interlocutor explained.

He added that he and another man managed to steer the cars away from the scene of the accident, however, the vehicles got damaged anyway.

“I estimated that the approximate damage done to my car is 7 thousand rubles,” Alexander Olenin said.

According to him, another car remained where it was parked, because together with water, stones and pieces of asphalt were put up in the air, and it was dangerous to approach it.

“This pipe is being constantly repaired. When the crews [of the TV channels] arrived, the emergency service that was here hid quickly and then left,” the road-user said.

He noted that the fountain was splashing starting from 14.00 for 20 minutes.

“In the office we managed to take everything away, there was no harm done there,” Alexander Olenin added.

The causes of the communal accident, as well as the owner of the network where the accident occurred are established. The car owners are planning to sue him.
