Penza, 10 September 2017. PenzaNews. Road workers who are involved in development of the yard territory next to building No. 2 in Voronova street in Penza within the priority project "Formation of modern urban environment" laid asphalt bypassing a Ford car parked near one of the entrances.

"It is a pity that some dwellers are indifferent to the yard's fate. People leave their cars where they want ignoring information notes about upcoming road works and warning tapes and thus hindering the repairs," the mayor Victor Kuvaytsev commented on what he saw during his inspection visit on Sunday, September 10.

As it was reported by the press service of the city administration, the information about the vehicle had been submitted to the law enforcement authorities to identify the owner. The remaining stretch of the road will be asphalted as soon as the owner moves the car to another location.
