A constructive dialogue must be established with residents of houses located in the territories that are planned to be improved in 2018 within the project "Formation of modern urban environment". Such an order was given by the mayor Victor Kuvaytsev at the meeting of the city administration that touched upon the issues connected with reluctance of some car owners to remove their vehicles from the yards during the time of repairs.

"When planning yard improvement for the next year, make sure that such situations do not occur anymore. Start to monitor the territories, talk to the dwellers, find out who is really willing to tolerate some inconveniences due to repair of their yards," he urged the meeting participants.
