Penza, 3 October 2017. PenzaNews. The T-Plus company has invested about 350 million roubles in Penza heating system starting January 2017. This was reported by Alexander Suslov, director of the organization's Mordovian branch.

"We invested large sums of money, which had never been invested before – about 350 million roubles including costs of repairs – in Penza heating system. At the best case, 50 millions were built into the tariff. As for the remaining money, the company used its own funds," he explained at the meeting with journalist at PenzaNews press centre on Tuesday, October 3.

Alexander Suslov reminded that an investment programme for the sum of 208 million roubles that provided for replacement of existing heating networks in 14 areas had been developed, and due to this, it had become possible to change about 10 km of the networks.

"Then, we found additional 30 million roubles for current repairs because there were many ruptures," the director of the Mordovian branch of the PJSC “T Plus” said.

According to him, both Penza contractors and brigades from other regions, in particular from Saransk and Orenburg, who arrived with their equipment and machinery, were involved in the repairs in order to quickly resolve the problems.

"For the moment, 11 areas out of 14 were finished. Tomorrow another one might be finished too – the repairs are nearing completion. Two more areas will remain: in Pushkina and Chkalova streets," Alexander Suslov specified adding that in the first case 65 running metres were still to be laid, while in the second case – about 25 running metres.
