As of Wednesday evening, October 4, the heat carrier was supplied to 118 healthcare institutions – 92%, to 13 facilities of the city sports committee – 76%, and to 51 cultural institutions – 86%.

Educational institutions were provided with heat by 95% – 214 institutions, departments under the social management of Penza – by 71% – 15 institutions, facilities under the regional Ministry of Labour – by 83% – 5 institutions, facilities under the Ministry of Sport of the Penza region – by 100%, and facilities under the regional Ministry of Education – by 50%.
