Penza, 20 November 2017. PenzaNews. A part of dilapidated house No. 35 in Udarnaya street in Penza, some of whose residents had not been resettled in a new place, collapsed affecting from the first to fourth floors: these were the overhead covers and brick masonry that crashed down.

The photos taken soon after the incident show that there was still residents' furniture in some flats.

The territory of the apartment building, where two families – four people altogether remained living voluntarily having refused to move to temporary public housing, was fenced.

On the metal fence, there is a notice that calls to being cautious.

Immediately after another collapse, police officers and the authorities arrived at the scene of the incident and offered the residents to move to temporary public housing.
