Penza, 26 November 2017. PenzaNews. The utility systems, roof, facade and foundation of building No. 52 in Kirova street in Penza will be renovated using funds of a capital repairs programme.

According to information placed on the portal of Communal Services Reform, the building with 20 dwellers where a half of the premises are leased for commercial purposes, was put into operation exactly 100 years ago – in 1917.

The total area of the premises is 544 square metres including 203 square metres of living area.

The building's capital repairs fund is formed on the regional operator's account.

Works at the facility are carried out by the LLC Project and Construction Management Company "BiznesStroy" registered in Moscow.
