Penza, 29 November 2017. PenzaNews. Bailiffs started to evict the Frolkovs family – the spouses Maria and Oleg as well as their daughter Anna – from house No. 35 in Udarnaya street in Penza, which they had refused to leave after a series of collapses and a court's decision about the necessity to immediately vacate the premises adopted a week ago.

In addition to bailiffs, police officers, representatives of the mayor's office, and emergency doctors arrived at the scene.

The people received assistance in moving to temporary public housing – several GAZels came to the house.

"According to the court's decision, the people are resettled to the temporary public housing in Leningradskaya street. We will take things there," the head of the court bailiffs special orders office for the Penza region Federal Court Bailiffs department Vera Artemova explained to journalists.

The department representative reported that before she was forced to leave the building Maria Frolkova was examined by doctors.

"As far as I understand, no pathologies were registered," she noted.

Answering to a question about pets that allegedly live together with Frolkovs in the dilapidated house, Vera Artemova explained that the bailiffs had seen a dog and two cats in the flat, none of them had noticed goats.

Commenting on the fact of eviction of people from their private property, she failed to answer whether it was the first case in the city.

"I am not competent to answer for the whole Penza but in my practice in the inter-district division it is the first case of eviction," Vera Artemova said.

According to her, the court's decision about vacation of the dilapidated building can still be appealed.
