"People are complaining while management companies, for example those that are in charge of the buildings near 8 Marta street, are not reacting even though they get money from the residents. This means we should motivate them using common efforts. We need to talk to the activists of a house, register facts of inactivity, make appeals to the State Construction and Housing Inspectorate (Goszhilstroytekhinspektsia)," he said during the inspection of the quality of cleaning from snow on Saturday, February 24.

The mayor added that Penza commercial organizations do not always care about the cleanness of entrance space and surrounding area.

"This is especially true of those that are located on ground floors of apartment houses, for example in Tsiolkovskogo street. People go shopping there while they fail to clean their area," the press service of the city administration quotes Victor Kuvaytsev.
