Penza, 4 March 2018. PenzaNews. A heavy snowfall accompanied by strong wind started in Penza and several areas of the region on the night of Sunday, March 4.
In a matter of hours, a thick layers of snow appeared on roads. In this regard, the head of the Penza administration Victor Kuvaytsev examined the streets of the city in the morning.

He made sure that thanks to the municipal enterprise Penzadormost bridges, slopes, and key highways of the regional centre were processed with deicing materials.

The head of the enterprise informed the mayor by telephone that workers cleaned bridges and overpasses in the first place and then moved to the bulk of roads.

Victor Kuvaytsev advised him to prevent tamping of snow on the plots that were not cleaned up to asphalt, the press service of the Penza administration reports.
