Commenting on the situation at the intersection of Belyaeva and Tsiolkovskogo streets, vice mayor Yuri Ilyin reported that on Thursday, March 22, the organization began to eliminate a leak of a heating main.
"On March 23 the incident was handled. Today it is March 24, restoration works are not over," he said.
In turn Victor Kuvaytsev got indignant due to the fact that road capacity reduced because of this.
"Weather conditions are favourable. What prevents you from improving this section?" the mayor noted.
A similar situation is observed in Germana Titova street, where the terms of restoration works established by new rules are not complied with.
According to the Communal Services Department of Penza, by that moment more than 20 facilities had not been improved after damages at the heating main.
"If PJSC T Plus does not solve the issue, it will be fined," the mayor's office press service quotes Victor Kuvaytsev.
