The emergency under competence of public utilities drew attention of passers-by, who immediately started to take videos with their phones, and drivers carefully avoided the scene of the incident.

The workers of the organization in charge of water supply who arrived at the scene cut off the water and started to eliminate consequences of the incident.

Specialists will have to determine what exactly caused hot water to flood the roadway.

In addition, the organization in charge of the road network in the area will have to repair the asphalt.

As it was reported before, in 2018 repair works were conducted in Kalinina street in Penza within the priority project Safe Roads of Good Quality.
