T Plus plans to increase investments in heating systems of Penza

Penza, 16 May 2018. PenzaNews. The T Plus company intends to gradually increase investments in the replacement of heating systems in Penza in the framework of its own investment program. This was stated by the holding chairman, Denis Pasler, at the online press conference, which was attended by representatives of organization departments of 16 regions including the Penza region.

He clarified that in 2018 it is planned to replace pipes in 15 most problematic areas.
"I am confident that the reliability will improve significantly like last year. I met with the governor [Ivan Belozertsev] and the head [of the Penza administration, Victor Kuvaytsev]. I am pleased, of course, that the government sees the trend is clear and the situation has improved considerably," Denis Pasler explained.
According to him, the work plan has been clearly defined, necessary training has been carried out.
"We have already purchased materials, found out what the facilities are, agreed on all factors with the Penza administration, arranged a schedule, and selected a contractor for the work. Work has already begun at three sites [in Kizhevatova, Prospekt Pobedy and Prospekt Stroiteley streets]. We will do our best to work even more successfully," the head of the holding noted.
In turn, the acting director of the Mordovia branch of PJSC T Plus, chief engineer Andrei Vanin said that about 550 million roubles will be invested in Penza heating systems.
"235 million roubles of investment will be used for the removal of the existing networks and new pipes, 79 million – for pressure testing, improvement. 126 million roubles will be directed at generation and sources, 106 million – at repair, technical preparation, insulation," he explained.
Andrei Vanin added that in total it is planned to replace 9 km of heating systems.
"Excavation works are being conducted at three sites at the moment," the head of the branch said drawing attention to the fact that their experts had started ahead of the schedule and were provided with materials for the whole May and June.
According to Andrei Vanin, the re-laying is planned in Chkalova, Karakozova, Voroshilova, Suvorova, Kizhevatova, Ternopolskaya, Karpinskogo, Vorovskogo, Shmidta. Saranskaya, as well as in Prospekt Pobedy and Prospekt Stroiteley streets.
