Valery Savelyev took part in cleaning of the territory near the hockey pitch at school No. 58, where representatives of the City Duma removed dry grass and leaves from lawns as well as cut down a bush.
"I believe everyone who loves their city should go to the yard their house is located in and clear it up. There's a wonderful proverb that runs as follows: 'it is clean where people don't litter'. However, I would like to add that it is also clean where people clean up. For this reason to make the city clean is a task that should be solved by joint efforts," Valery Savelyev noted.
In turn, Victor Kuvaytsev together with city hall officials worked on the right bank of the Sura river in the centre of Penza.

"We are more and more convinced that the culture of our population is increasing. It goes without saying that if everyone had understanding and did not litter, the city would be much cleaner. But in general, comparing the state of the promenade on this bank with that of last year, there is much less litter now. We observe a positive trend – from year to year public territories are getting cleaner," he shared his impressions.
In addition, Victor Kuvaytsev along with local people planted young birch and rowan trees near houses in Suvorova street.
