Victor Kuvaytsev ordered director of the municipal unitary enterprise Yuri Parastaev to take control over landscaping of the territory near Lermontova street, which will be involved in the conduct of the festival Penza Spas.

The mayor ordered Andrei Grishin to pay attention to the condition of lawns and when possible to ensure tidying up the areas where grass had withered due to heat.
