The companies working in the Penza region responsible for the maintenance of the adjacent territories that are covered with tiles must be notified of penalties for their damage when clearing of snow and ice in the winter period. The corresponding order was given by governor Ivan Belozertsev.

"We can't allow that the tiles are damaged", he emphasized at the action meeting in the regional government on Monday, November 12.

Ivan Belozertsev expressed an opinion that the penalties can be increased if it is in the competence of regional and municipal authorities.

He also reminded that it is inadmissible to use crow in tiled areas.
