Penza, 1 January 2019. PenzaNews. Head of Penza administration Victor Kuvaytsev checked cleaning of the main sites of mass celebration by the utilities after New Year’s Eve on Tuesday, January 1.

He visited Lenina square, where specialists of municipal unitary enterprise Zelenoe Khozyaystvo Goroda Penza were cleaning the area of snow and waste left after entertainment events.

Workers of the enterprise informed Victor Kuvaytsev that in comparison with previous years the amount of garbage had decreased greatly.

He ordered to restore order in Fontannaya square, Moskovskaya street, in public gardens of the city quickly.

The mayor also drove through the main highways of the regional centre, and requested municipal unitary enterprise Penzadormost to clean sidewalks from snow after the last snowfall in the first place, and to plan work on processing pedestrian areas and roads with deicing materials, the press service of the city administration informs.
