He demanded that snow was removed from the yards timely and in case of difficulties interaction between an area administration and the regional operator was established.

Victor Kuvaytsev also touched upon the state of the container yards calling to clean them before active melting of snow.

In addition, in the framework of "the garbage reform" the issue of incorrect charges for the removal of solid municipal waste was discussed.
