Penza, 26 March 2019. PenzaNews. Head of the Penza administration Victor Kuvaytsev suggested defining exemplary court yards and awarding best janitors of the city.

"By May holidays it is necessary to define the yard areas that are well-cleaned and landscaped after the winter. [...] The best yards will be evaluated by a commission, which will include representatives of district administrations and the public. The best janitor will be chosen by residents of the city," the mayor said at a meeting in the administration of Penza on Tuesday, March 26.

In addition, Victor Kuvaytsev ordered heads of area administrations to redistribute part of the funds allocated for snow removal to perform more urgent tasks, such as garbage collection, painting and replacement of fences along the roads, the press service of the Penza administration informs.
