Penza, 9 June 2019. PenzaNews. In connection with the introduction of a special fire-control mode, head of the Penza administration Victor Kuvaytsev ordered to remove everything that could be easily set on fire from garbage sites promptly.

"The task [...] is to remove all flammable objects from container yards and places of accumulation of garbage. Grass, dry branches, unattended belongings often become sources of fire," he explained during a meeting at the city hall.

The mayor set a task to heads of district administrations and employees of the department of civil defence and emergency situations of the city to intensify work with the residents.

"It is necessary to hold meetings in suburban areas, talk, explain that residents are responsible for the maintenance of their horticultural areas," the press service of the administration of Penza quotes Victor Kuvaytsev.
