"Join improvement activities! Any help will contribute to making our city cleaner and cosier. People can remove garbage from subordinated territory, in their yards, or in the nearest public garden. Only together we will be able to restore order and to maintain it. Thank you for a proactive attitude, diligence, and love for Penza!" he said.

According to the press service of the city hall, workers of communal services, city and district administrations, social institutions will take part in cleaning assigned land, collect garbage, sweep footpaths, remove advertisements from light poles.
