Penza, 30 August 2019. PenzaNews. Preparation of municipal facilities for the heating period 2019-2020 is coming to an end in Penza. This was announced by head of the Housing and Communal Services Department of Penza, Alexander Utin.

"The cultural institutions are 100% ready. General education institutions are 100% ready. Medical facilities are 95% ready. The housing stock is also almost 95% ready," he said during the 60th regular session of the City Duma on Friday, August 30.

Alexander Utin added that the scheduled repair of heating networks was completed and its volumes remain at the level of 2018.

According to the head of the Housing and Communal Services Department of Penza, the start of the heating season will take place in Penza "without any issues".
