Heating is available in all schools and hospitals, in 99% of kindergartens and cultural institutions, in 98% of health facilities.

Commenting on these data during the meeting of the operational staff for heat start-up, held in the evening of Friday, September 27, deputy head of the city administration Yuri Ilyin explained that the positive trend was observed primarily due to proper work of utility company T Plus Penza Heating Network.

"This year, the company has worked qualitatively during the inter-heating period, and a large volume of reconstruction activities has been carried out," he said.

The vice-mayor added that specialists also took a responsible approach to the issue of pressure testing of heating networks.

"This gave good results during the start of the heating season," the press service of the Penza city hall quotes Yuri Ilyin.
