Penza, 13 March 2021. PenzaNews. The first phase of improvements of the upper part of Moskovskaya Street in Penza, involving rearrangement of utilities, is scheduled to start on April 1. This was stated in a message of the press service of the city administration.

“It is planned to replace heat, water and sewage networks,” the text explains.

It adds that it is then intended to prepare the base for subsequent paving.
