Penza, 20 April 2021. PenzaNews. Contracts to repair internal roads, passageways, pavements and car parks under instructions of voters will be concluded in Penza in the near future, following a competitive bidding process. The announcement was made by Alexander Yulin, head of the city's housing and utilities department, during a weekly meeting at city hall on Tuesday, 20 April.

He said that another auction for the installation of small architectural forms was due to start that week.

“Contractors have to complete the work until September 1,” he specified.

According to the press service of the Penza city administration, the city budget for 2021 earmarked 70 million roubles for executing the instructions of voters.
