The minimum monthly fee for capital repair of common property in apartment buildings is set in Penza region for 2022 at 9 roubles 50 kopecks per square metre of the total area of premises in an apartment building. The corresponding decree of the regional government was signed by Governor Oleg Melnichenko.

“The minimum monthly fee for capital repair of common property in apartment buildings located in Penza region is to be established in the amount of 9.5 roubles per one square metre of the total area of premises in an apartment building, where the owner has an apartment," the document reads.

The annex to the document contains information to be used in setting the minimum fee and when financing capital repairs of apartment buildings from capital repair funds formed on the basis of the set minimum fee.
