Penza region to get about 293 million roubles for resettlement of emergency housing

Penza, 17 November 2021. PenzaNews. Housing and Utility Reform Foundation will provide Penza region with 292.95 million roubles to implement the Ensuring Sustainable Reduction of Uninhabitable Housing Stock Federal Project of the Housing and Urban Environment National Project for the 2022-2023 stage. This is stated in a message released by the department of external communications and public relations of the state corporation.

“By way of co-financing, the region will add 17.62 million roubles,” the press release adds.
It says the money will be used to resettle 489 people from 259 residential premises with a total area of 7 830 square metres in the territory of three municipal entities.
The communication draws attention to the fact that this applies to the resettlement of emergency housing, which was recognised as such before January 1, 2017.
