Penza, 3 June 2011. PenzaNews. Last Thursday, on June, 2 the 73-year-old pensioner died in the burn branch of the city hospital of Penza. According to the press service of the department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation of the Penza region, the woman was delivered from her residence to the hospital with the painful shock and 45 % burnt of the body.

According to the press-service, during the investigation it was revealed that the pensioner has been burned because of careless handling of fire. Smoking in bed in alcohol intoxication became the cause of the tragedy".
