Penza, 10 June 2011. PenzaNews. The 14-year-old pupil of one of the Penza schools is suspected of the attempted theft of a bicycle. The officers of the 1st company of the 1st police battalion of the private security department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Penza region arrested the teenager in the Voroshilov Street at the entrance of a house with a bicycle.

According to the press-service of the department, during two days the arrested person came to the given house and got acquainted with new friends.

The arrested said, his parents didn't have money to buy the bicycle but he had always wanted to have it.

The young man was registered in the department of the minor’s affairs. The inspection on this case was carried out.
