Penza, 23 June 2011. PenzaNews. The investigations on the case of the death of 5-year-old boy who had dropped out of the eighth floor window of a high-rise building on the Stroiteley Avenue began in Penza. Having been left without parents, the child climbed on the window sill and fell downwards. The boy died on the spot because of the numerous injuries.

According to the press-service of the department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in the Penza region, the boy was the resident of the Kolyshlejsky district.
