Penza, 23 June 2011. PenzaNews. The resident of Penza was convicted for the murder of the wife which happened in September, 2010. According to data of the curt, during the quarrel which happened during the celebrating of wife's birthday, the man fetch a blow on the woman's head flicked her from the balcony which was at height of 20 meters.

The senior assistant of the public prosecutor of the Penza region Tatyana Ostrovskaya said: "As a result of falling the woman got numerous injuries and died".

She added that the court having agreed with the opinion of the charge imposed penalty of 11 years of imprisonment in a colony with a strict regime to the malefactor.
