Penza, 28 June 2011. PenzaNews. A jobless resident of the Penza region is suspected of obviously falsely reporting an act of terrorism. According to the press-service of the department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in the region, the man informed employees of a shopping center about an explosive device on Monday evening, on June, 27th.

The press-service in the department said: "According to the 33-year-old unemployed, who hadn't been convicted in the court earlier, the bomb had been put in one of the bank departments located on the territory of shopping center in the Penza region".

The suspect person was arrested by the officers of the department of private security. At present there is the investigatory on the fact hold.
