Penza, 11 July 2011. PenzaNews. The criminal case upon abuse of power of officials of the department of Federal Agency of court enforcement officers of the Russian Federation in the Penza region was initiated in Penza.

According to vice senior assistant on communications with mass-media of the head of the department of Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation in the Penza region Maria Orlova, inspector on especially important issues worked with legal investigations initiated in accordance with part 1 item 285 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

Maria Orlova said: "Now all necessary investigatory actions are hold according to the plan of investigation to define suspects and all circumstances of the case".

According to reliable source, one of the figurants of the criminal case is the chief of the department — the main court enforcement officer of the Penza region Nikolay Andreev.
