Penza, 13 July 2011. PenzaNews. The Magistrates Court of Issinsky area of the Penza region has sentenced the local resident to 180 hours of obligatory works for illegal use of water biological resources.

The senior assistant of the public prosecutor of the Penza region Tatyana Ostrovskaya said: "It is known that the man fished illegally on the boat "Ufimka-22" on the pond of the village Beketovka in the place of spawning by means of fishing nets. The boat "Ufimka-22", two oars and two fishing nets were confiscated."
