The pensioner who gave a false banknote to pay for gasoline was arrested in Nikolsk

Penza, 15 July 2011. PenzaNews. The officers of private security at the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in the Penza region arrested 57-year-old pensioner who gave a false banknote of 1 thousand rubles to pay for gasoline at the petrol station in Belinskogo street in Nikolsk on Thursday, July, 14th.

According to the press-service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in the Penza region, the pensioner was arrested after the reaction of the button of the emergency alarm system.

The source in the press-service said: "The fake is made of a paper of bad quality, there are no protective fibres and a protective thread. The watermark is simulated, a continuous luminescence in ultra-violet beams".

The fake banknote was withdrawn.  The investigation is spent on the given fact. The pensioner who gave a false banknote to pay for gasoline was arrested in Nikolsk.
