Penza, 19 July 2011. PenzaNews. Nikolsky district court of the Penza region pronounced a sentence to the local resident who has set a dog on two young men one of which was the minor.

The court press-service said: "Being in alcohol intoxication and walking the house the Caucasian sheep-dog near the house, the man gave command "Go" to his dog.  He also set an animal on the passers-by whose behavior caused the hostility of the owner of the sheep-dog".

As the result of the incident young men got physical injuries.

The source in the department said: "During the proceeding the defendant fault was recognized. The court sentenced him to imprisonment for 2 years conditionally with a trial period of 3 years and 5000 rubles penalty".
