In the Penza region the head of Village Soviet is accused of excess of powers

Penza, 20 July 2011. PenzaNews. The public prosecutor of Bashmakovsky area of the Penza region confirmed letter of accusation on criminal case concerning the head of administration of Bojarovsky Village Soviet Anatoly Klyuyev who was accused according to part 1 item 286 of the Criminal code of Russian Federation "Excess of powers".

Tatyana Ostrovskaya the senior assistant to the public prosecutor of the Penza region said: "Since 2005 to 2006 the head of administration, carrying out organizational actions for gasification of villages Bojarovka, Kamenka and village Chudnoe, wishing to show himself as the effective manager, made the decision on sale of point of checkup in SPK "Petrovsky" for 186000 rubles individually".

She pointed out that this building during that moment belonged to the citizen Fedjukov, and Anatoly Klyuyev did not possess powers to dispose of it.

She said: "So the official caused damage of over 1.5 million rubles to the citizen".

Tatyana Ostrovskaya added that after the statement of the letter of accusation of the criminal case, it is sent to Bashmakovsky district court for consideration.
