Penza, 22 July 2011. PenzaNews. A resident of Maloserdobinsky area of the Penza region was arrested for 15 days for non-payment of the administrative penalty of 1000 rubles.

According to the deputy chief of the department organizational-examination and interactions with mass media of Federal Agency of court enforcement officers of Russia in the Penza region Maxim Kudinov, there are special sanctions for non-paying the administrative penalty in time in the form of official penalty in double size of the sum of unpaid penalty or administrative arrest for the term up to 15 days.

Maxim Kudinov said: "During 6 months of 2011 court enforcement officers of management of Federal Agency of court enforcement officers in the Penza region revealed 2 463 administrative offenses. There are more than 1.1 thousand cases according to part 1 item 17.14 of Administrative Offences Code of the Russian Federation "Infringement of the debtor expressed in default of legal requirements of the judicial police officer-executor" and part 3 item 17.14 of Administrative Offences Code of the Russian Federation "Infringement by the person who is not the debtor, expressed in default of legal requirements of the judicial police officer-executor".

He added that 643 cases were initiated for infringement of p.1 item 20.25 of Administrative Offences Code of the Russian Federation "Non-payment of the administrative penalty or leaving paces of serving of administrative arrest".

The interlocutor of agency said: "From the beginning of year 188 citizens got administrative arrests, 713 persons were fined.
