Penza, 22 July 2011. PenzaNews. Leninsky district court of Penza city recognized 4 cases of abusing of powers of the chief of department of the account of incomes and management accounting of property and town-planning relations of the city administration Dmitry Sentsov.

Tatyana Ostrovskaya, the senior assistant of the public prosecutor of the Penza region said: "It is known that the official acting from friendly motions and counting for subsequent material compensation, rented the ground to his friend businessmen for more than 500000 rubles".

Tatyana explained that the government official put obviously false data on payment of the commercial organizations and businessmen for the ground areas rented into data base of his computer, referring to nonexistent payment orders and knowing that these persons and organizations didn't pay.

The interlocutor of agency said: "As the result of illegal actions of the government official municipal budget didn't receive more than 1.5 million rubles. Besides, it produced troubles and hindrances in work of the department of property and town-planning relations of city administration".

The court According to part 1 item 285 of the criminal code of Russian Federation the court has appointed punishment in the form of 2.5 years of imprisonment with serving in a colony-settlement to Dmitry Sentsov.
