A proprietress of a drugstore is condemned for illegal trade of psychotropic substances in Penza

Penza, 3 August 2011. PenzaNews. 48-year-old proprietress of one of drugstores in Penza is condemned for illegal trade of psychotropic substances. According to the main expert-expert of group of the information and public relations of the department of the State Committee for Control over the Illegal Trafficking of Narcotics of the Russian Federation in the Penza region Elena Samorukova, the woman sell medicine "Koaksil" without the recipe.

Elena Samorukova said: "It is one of the strongest psychotropic medicines belonging to group of energizers, applied strictly on doctor's orders and is sold only after getting the recipe forms which are accounted".

As she said, during operational search the employees of the State Committee for Control over the Illegal Trafficking of Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances was found four facts of illegal sale of psychotropic substance, 3000 tablets of "Koaksila" are withdrawn.

She said: "According to the judgment the proprietress of the drugstore was condemned for 3 years 6 months of imprisonment in a general regime colony, her acquaintance who was engaged in illegal deliveries of a preparation was condemned for 5 years in a strict regime colony".
