Criminal case of the former head of administration of Nizhny Lomov was initiated

Penza, 4 August 2011. PenzaNews. Investigatory department of Investigatory committee of the Russian Federation in the Penza region filed criminal case according to part 4 item 159 of the criminal code of the Russian Federation "Swindle" concerning the former head of city administration of Nizhny Lomov of the Penza region Sergey Artamonov.

The press-service of investigatory department of Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation in the Penza region said: "It was revealed that in 2008 Sergey Artamonov who was the head of administration of a town since 2006 to 2009 gave the order to director of MUP "BTI" to put in characteristics sheet data of presence of uninhabited premises of the apartment house transfered from the status of a hostel in the status of an apartment house".

After putting false data the premises passed on to the municipal property. Major repairs cost about 1 million rubles were done and the premises were again transfered into the status inhabited and were sold to LLC "LomovRemStroy" one of founders of which was Sergey Artamonov's son.

The source in the press-service said:"According to the agreement of sale and purchase LLC "LomovRemStroy" became the proprietor of seven one-room apartments of total area of 226.8 sq. meters which were bought for 226 thousand roubles".

As a result of these actions the owners of the  apartments which simultaneously are owners of hall got the damage of minimum 4 million 628800 rubles as in 2009 average market cost of 1 sq. meter of habitation was not less than 16 thousand rubles taking into account money spent for repairs.

Criminal case investigation is proceeding now.
