Teenager on scooter brought down a woman-pedestrian in the Penza region

Penza, 9 August 2011. PenzaNews. 35-year-old woman and the 16-year-old teenager suffered as a result of the road accident which occurred in Bogoslovka of the Penza region late evening on Monday, August, 8th. According to the press-service of the department of Internal Affairs, the teenager on the scooter ran into the drunken woman walking in passing direction.

The press-service said: "The woman was hospitalized with brain concussion, the young man got concussion of brain and grazes of brushes of hands and stomach".
