Penza, 17 August 2011. PenzaNews. The main state inspector of department of operative control of inspection of Federal tax service in Octyabrsky district of Penza was condemned for fulfillment of swindle with use of his office position.

Tatyana Ostrovskaya, the senior assistant to the public prosecutor of the Penza region said: "In March, 2011 the inspector while carrying out the check of completeness of    recognition of cash desk of the commercial organization of the cash money resources received at realization of monetary calculations established the facts of infringement of an order of conducting cash operations, having made the administrative report about it.  Then he made the decision of bringing the businessman to administrative responsibility in the form of the penalty at a rate of 4 thousand roubles".

She noticed that the employee of tax inspection misled the businessman, having convinced him that after providing assistance of the inspector he would get lower penalty.

She said: "As payment for the help the businessman spent 12 thousand roubles for buying and installation of the door for the inspector".

According to Tatyana Ostrovskaya, the inspector was condemned according to part 3 item 159 of the criminal code of Russian Federation "Swindle", he got punishment in the form of 2 years of imprisonment with a trial period of 2 years and the penalty of 10 thousand rubles. Besides, the court collected 12 thousand rubles from the man as compensation of material damage to the businessman.
