Penza, 19 August 2011. PenzaNews. The director of MUP "Progress" of village Ermolovka of the Penza region was condemned for the swindle made with the use of the office position.

According to the court materials, the director of the enterprise officially didn't dismiss the driver got his salary, although the driver worked actually in the other place, from August, 2009 till November, 2010.

Tatyana Ostrovskaya the senior assistant of the public prosecutor of the Penza region said: "The director has caused damage to the enterprise for a total sum of 73 315 rubles. He was dismissed".

According to her, the director of the enterprise got the penalty in the form of 2 years 6 months of imprisonment with a trial period of 3 years. Besides, the court decided to collect the money from him for damage.
