Penza, 22 August 2011. PenzaNews. The resident of Penza got injuries and was hospitalized as a result of the road accident which happened in the street Okruzhnaya in Penza on Monday, August, 22nd. According to preliminary data, the man left the carriageway and ran into the column in order not to knock down the dog who run out suddenly.
