Penza, 23 August 2011. PenzaNews. Octyabrsky district court of Penza considered civil case according to the claim of the local resident to the kindergarten about compensation of moral harm and collected more than 40 thousand roubles from the preschool institution.

According to the representative of the press-service of court, complainant explained that on March, 4th, 2011 she came to the kindergarten and saw that her child can't move his hand.

He said: "The son said that he had fallen from a bench then he came to the tutor with complaints about his pain in the left hand, but she answered that "the pain would go away". Pains and a hypostasis increased when they came home. At the injury care center the boy had closed facture of both bones of the forearm".

According to him, Octobrsky district court satisfied the claim requirements of the mother, having collected 35 thousand roubles from the kindergarten for moral harm, payment of the help of the representative at the rate of 5 thousand rubles and also state tax return 200 rubles.
